We are looking for 1-2 people to help at ROSEFEST, a family fun fair on Saturday, August 6 from 10 am to 1 pm (3 hours), at the Rose Theater. The event will take place outside of The Rose at 20th & Farnam. They will be closing 20th Street during this time to give families the opportunity to visit the theater and enjoy a variety of activities. Some of the things they have planned include an outdoor stage with live entertainment, a community art project, meet-and-greets with Rose characters, sidewalk chalk, face painting, food trucks and more.
The Durham will be hosting a booth (table and chairs provided). Volunteers and a staff member would be facilitating a craft at our table and telling guests how great The Durham is and why they should come visit!
